Jogging can be a great way to get into shape, but if you are new to this there are some tips that you should follow.

The first step you should take is to get some jogging shoes. Running shoes are designed for the runner and to take the stress and impact from running. By having the proper running shoes you will greatly reduce the chances of injury.

Stay hydrated, this is extremely important as you do not want to all of a sudden pass out in the middle of a run. If you are consuming 64 ounces of water per day you shouldn’t have to worry about getting dehydrated in the middle of a jog.

Stretching is very important for beginners, and advanced runners. Pay special attention to the calves, as if you do not get your calves tightly stretched and loose, you could suffer from shin splints. I stretch for at least 5 minutes before my jogs and 5 minutes after.

So you got the shoes, you are properly hydrated, now all you need to do is find a area to run at. If you have a park or a trail with some nice views around you home I would start there. I try and stay away from treadmills, as they are more difficult to run on in my opinion.

Don’t try and go too far your first week of running. If you are in decent shape already you may want to start off at a mile and a half to a mile. Your muscles will get stronger as you progress in time, there is no need to push yourself as this could lead to injury.

Ensure that you have a plan. For a beginner I would say jogging around 2-3 times a week is plenty. You want to eventually get up to 4-5 times a week, but that should take a couple of months depending on the person. Just make sure you are not doing it every day as your body needs time to recover and build muscle.

Consistency is the key. It will not hurt to take a week off though here and there to ensure all of your muscles recover, especially if you get shin splints, which are a runners nightmare. Set a goal to eventually get up to 4-5 miles when you are going for your routine jogs.

Jogging can be a great way to build endurance, lose weight, and overall feel healthier. Just don’t over do it and make sure that you drink plenty of water and stretch your legs before and after runs to minimize the chances of injury.

Pole dancing has become quite a craze among exercise enthusiasts over the last couple of years.

Home pole dancing is a great way to improve strength, stamina and overall fitness. If you look at any professional stripper, chances are that she is in great shape with tight toned abs, great legs and a firm butt.

So why do strippers always have such great bodies? Well, for one thing, they have to hold up their body weight on the pole. So, this keeps their bodies toned and fit.

You can have your own stripper pole in your house that is safe, movable and portable. That way, the neighbors, grandparents and other acquaintances do not have to know about your new hobby.

In fact, they will probably start to wonder how you are getting in such good shape without going to the gym all the time! That can be your little secret!

Make sure that you keep safety front and center in your mind before you buy equipment. The last thing you want to do is hurt yourself or fall on your face because your pole is not stable and strong. That is not a good way to start or end your day!

There are some cheap imitation poles that have really bad reviews, so make sure to read any reviews of other buyers. You want a sturdy, heavy duty pole that will allow you to do every move you learn.

Getting the right pole dancing equipment is the first step in starting your new fitness routine. Before long, you will be spinning, flipping and dancing around in your very own home!

If you are looking for SAFE pole dancing equipment, this site has all of the reviews and details on pole dancing poles. You deserve to feel desirable and feel good about yourself, so invest some time and a little money into making that happen!
